On the date and at the time specified in the acknowledgment slip
of registration form, the father, the mother and the child will
appear for a verification/interaction.
Parents will be informed about the selection of their wards by
display of names on the college notice board. Parents of
selected candidates have to produce an official Birth
Certificate and will have to complete the Admission form and
other formalities specified and submit the same at the college
office by specified date. Affidavits are not accepted.
The date of birth of a student once entered will not be changed
in the Admission form/Register. The parents/Guardian will have
to sign an undertaking to the effect (per cir. No.:
110/7-1(5)(1081-82 dated 15th Oct 1981 of the Inspector of Anglo
Indian Schools,Lucknow).
The very condition of admission will be that the
Parents/Guardians will comply strictly with the terms and Rules
contained in this book and pay the tuition fees and all other
changes laid down. Any further changes made in this book
regarding rules or fees will also be binding on them.
Opportunity is provided to all those who would like to seek
admission to higher classes (I-IX) depending upon the number of
vacancies arising there of transfers and entrance test on a
specified date. Candidates will be tested on English, Math’s
Science and Hindi subjects.
A Student coming from another school must bring his/her Transfer
Certificate and a certified copy of the report Card/Scholar’s
Register at the time of admission. Pupils as a rule are subjected
to a test/interview or both to see the fitness of the class to
which admission is sought. In no case shall the child be
considered to a class higher than the one stated in the Transfer
Certificate. The Principal has the right to say on what condition
he will admit or retain a pupil in the School.
T.C. from a recognized school only will be accepted.
In case of late admission of a pupil, the fee from the beginning
shall be charged.
Admission to class XI to CBSE is not automatic for those
candidates who appear at class X examination. Since less number of
seats are available in class XI Science stream, Admission to class
XI is Mainly based on good grade in English, Mathematics and
Science subjects. A student must secure at least B2 grade in these
subjects and must have good conduct. Any student may be denied
admission on disciplinary grounds.
The Principal Reserves the Right to refuse Admission to Anybody
without Assigning any Reason for his Action.
