School Co-Curriculum Activities

Besides the school curriculum, great importance is also attached
to the co-curricular activities such as classwise,
housewise,inter-school wise competitions in games, dramatics,
debates, elocution, painting, sports and creative S.U.P.W
projects. Within the school the competitive items lead to the
Annual Sports Day, and the cultural items to the Annual Concert
Day. Guided study tours are organized under supervision of the
school staff according to the means and the convenience of the
school.

Children selected for Dramatics, Elocution, Debates-Arts &
Craft, Essay, Story Writing Competitions and S.U.P.W. projects
must willingly make time for such school activities.

Participation in Games and Physical Training is compulsory. When
matches are arranged, either on interclass basis, interhouse
basis or interschool basis, students should wear term colours
and represent their class, house or school at such meets.
Students should make time to attend the practice sessions.

Students will be allotted house to have intramural Housewise
league competitions. Each competitive meet will carry points for
the House and the house amassing the highest number of points
will win the honours and the Cock House shield.

Parents are requested to encourage their children to participate
in these activities by being present at the activities of their
children when invited. When students are selected to represent
their team, but do not do so, then they will be penalized and
debarred from further participation in school activities.
