Promotion Rules

Promotion criteria for classes I to IX & XI stage will be
governed by the Certificate Examination of the Board (CBSE).

A five point scale will be used to grade the achievement in
Moral Science, Art-craft, Singing, P.T. and SUPW. Children
should obtain at least a scale grade of D2 in each subject.

The School does not undertake to retain answer script for more
than two months after the examinations.

The evaluation of answer scripts and other works done by the
students during the examination id within the domestic
jurisdiction of the school and therefore no authority has
jurisdiction to check, scrutinize the answer script or other
work done by the students. If in the opinion of Principal and
the class teacher the result are significantly below the
standard suggested by the student's class work, the accuracy of
the marks awarded may be checked by a teacher appointed by the
principal to not more than two subjects on payment of a fee of
Rs.50/-. The result of the scrutiny will be intimated to the
applicant.

Internal rechecks, totaling of the marks. Etc. will be completed
by a scheme of standardization before reports are given out.
Hence no answer scripts will be shown to parents.

Promotion to the next will not be granted until the final
examination and compiling of the annual result.
